We are Dinah & Robert Adler, Certified Residential Appraisers covering Suffolk, Norfolk, Middlesex, and Worcester counties in Massachusetts. Between us, we have over 50 years of experience as residential appraisers.Â

Dinah’s field of expertise lies in high-end, complex property appraisals. She has spent over 27 years appraising. She has trained over 25 staff appraisers for one of New England’s largest residential appraisal companies. Among her other duties were appraisal review work, qualified expert witness testimony, and working directly with lenders, builders, brokers, lawyers, accountants, and homeowners. She is also skilled in Relocation Appraisals and is FHA Certified as well.

Robert comes to the industry with a background in construction. He has a vast knowledge of building components and systems. He has been appraising for over 24 years and is skilled in appraising complex properties such as high-end new construction builds, renovation appraisals, unique style homes, etc.. He has a vast knowledge of the Metro-West area, back through Worcester County.
